Mitsubishi WS 65807 Image pulled in on all sides

The image on my Mitsubishi WS 65807 is pulled in on all sides.  The image at the center appears sharp but red and blue images separate toward the corners.  I tried the Convergence setting for Red and Blue as well the factory default through the Menu, but no success.  The local repair shop wants $950 for the repair.  What can I do myself?
