a sqaure wave is what you re suppose to get going to the transformer primary. pprhaps check the diodes at the other end of the trnsformer. it looks like a transformer return problem.

See if you have the 110 volts, 208 volts.the 17 volts, if you do not then the Q9A50 as well as the IC9A50 should be replaced. ths are DC VOLTAGEs.

what do you mean the red convergence? If you have no 24 volts then the F9A05 or F9A04 is bad.

Yes Samsung melted these so no one could turn hem, they are part of a critical circuit. nothing to worry about.
