Ideas: Not great ideas, but this is what I would try. Remove any memory cards and try starting it. (Try a different memory card.) Try it with new batteries or plugged into a power source....

check 3153 and 3154 resistors. I am having a RED converge issue and both of those are blown. I am also going to replace the convergance chips once the parts come in. I'll update on...
