My dad accidentally allowed it to be downloaded on his Dell computer and now his computer has gone insane! When he clilcks on his desktop icons, they ALL disappear and he can't do anything. He'd like to delete the Norton, but he can't find it anywhere in the programs list or through My Computer. He's tried to do system restore, but Norton turned off the system restore feature of windows. He tried to reload Windows XP/Drivers/Utilities but the computer wouldn't let him. Now he's just VERY frustrated and in need of GOOD advice. HELP!!! I did not think that the digital signals could be snowy. I do have satellite and the signal is good or it's bad. Nothing in-between. When my satellite does go out because of weather, I switch to my over the air antenna and it is snowy on a couple of stations. Am I going to need a special antenna with the new converter box, or will my OTA antenna I have attached to my satellite dish still work?
