Hi I love my Vivicam 10&20 it takes great pics, I have had it now for over 8 yrs. I have the disc it came with and have used this same camera over and over. My problem is that the whole sytem has a bug in it. I have deleted the whole Vivicam program and set the disc to download it again as I am not able to retrive the pics from my camera any longer as I had done before. Like there is no inf connected. Sigh... Do you have any thing to help me with this problem. I am very familiar with this so not sure why it will not work for me now. I have used it just this past summer for my hubby and jobsite pics. It acts like there is no informati0on from the camera and the computer. It wil not ever delete pics as I asked it to. It shows 25 pics on the camera but it will not down load them to my computer from the camera. Hope this is good enough information to help me. Please advise. Thank, Bunny

We have recently developed resolution issues when we go to print pictures. My wife has gone to both Shutterfly and Snapfish and gets resolution errors when she selects 4 X 6 or larger images. The resolution is also poor when we take the SD card to the local processor. Her camera is set to the high resolution setting (either L- 2816x2112 or M1 - 2272 x 1704) which should give her great 4 x 6's.

Any inpurt on how should I proceed? Around Thanksgiving I purchaced a new Samsung Digimax L85. I charged the battery for 8+ hours and when I pressed the power on button nothing happened. It was one of those purchases where you are informed by a sticker on the box that if there is a problem it cannot be returned to the place of purchase and an 800 number for Samsung was given . To make a long story short it was at the Samsung repair center with the battery on Dec 5th and returned to me on Dec 20th without a battery. The repair order stated that the PCB was defective and had to be replaced. Since the battery was not returned I had to purchase another. Nothing local so I had to purchase on line. I received a new battery on Dec30th and proceeded to charge it. After charging the battery I now had a camera that did not work in a different way. Now the camera tries to turn on but will not stay on. The LCD light up for a split second, the lens extends and then everything stops. I still cannot get the lens to retract...

Once connected, I turn everything on and select the right input on the tv but the screen shows a message saying 'Out of Range'. Any ideas how I can get this to work? Thanks

When I use the video cable to connect the EZ101 to a TV thru a VCR, the display in the upper left doesn't go away. I have called RCA tech support. The first time they said take the batteries out so the camera could reset itself. That didn't work. Just a little while ago I got off the phone with them...they hung up on me twice. One service guy said ithe display is not supposed to go away. That makes no sense. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks, Joe
