About Me
Let's see..
I dislike bios, would much rather write product reviews and similar things. Anybody want to do reciprocal bio/reviews and eliminate the hassle of this?
I'm another of those early adopter types, though I refuse to camp in lines when I can instead use google maps to find the most obscure places to go buy my new toys on release days.
I have way too many of those toys stashed in my basement, including a Nokia phone which was disabled by the bite of a curious monkey, a mini-disc player that served me well until mp3's came out, at least one of every generation of Wacom tablet and TiVo ever sold, and a now no longer used Euopean Dyson that I brought back here before they were available in the US.
Like most people, I have a wide range of interests, some of which overlap with Techlore like topics, and so I post here from time to time. If you want to read more of my stuff which doesn't fit on this site, you can find it at my blog: Critical Monkey

They place the things right near the registers like a candy aisle, so who am I to resist? It's a pretty slick little box, even though I won't be using it for...
Sonos - Long term review
Finally having a break to get back to this, it seems like the most interesting recent 'gadget' purchase is a Sonos Digital Music System. http://www.sonos.com Everyone keeps asking my opinion of it, so to keep...
Clean up your tags with BeaTunes - good data is good for you.
Everyone with a digital music collection of any size has this problem: their music tags are far from perfect. Maybe it's because you ripped the songs from a CD before it was in cddb or...

Way too much for a first entry
I've been promising my friend Steven that I would start a gadget/tech blog for a while now, but haven't gotten around to it for various reasons. At this point, I have a backlog of toys...
