Hi Dear,
Toshiba Rear Projection TV Model # 52HM95, the problem is NO POWER.
When I plug the TV to the wall outlet, the Red light gets ON SOLED, Green light blinks 3 times about .3 Second interval (4 times), then changes to 1 blink, .5 Second interval (4 times), then all light gets back off. When i touch the power button on the front panel, the relay clicks and I have the same light code then relay clicks back off. I replaced STR W9565 (main Power PCB) still the same, I ordered a new lamp (D95-lamp). still doing the same, nothing change.
Should I have LED Red light ON as long as the Power Coard IN The Wall OUTLET ?. I need your help PLEASE.
