Got real problem at home on my laptop with some wifi, mainly BFTON and BT Openzone-H.
When I am quite happily connected to my preffered network these 2 keep taking over, but
the problem is they don't allow me internet connection
I have removed them from my wireless network connection but they keep returning....
Driving me crazy any advice greatly appreciated...Thanks Valerie

Two questions. Are you running Windows (which version XP, Vista, 7?) or Mac?
If on Windows, are you using a third party utility to control your wireless settings, or is it the wireless manager built into the OS?

Sorry it's taken so long to reply...I am using Windows 7 and the wireless manager built into the OS.

Given you have received no reply to date, I would suggest changing the network setting which says more or less, 'look for other networks'. There is a setting in 7 networking that you can change so it won't look for networks.
