Mitsubishi WT-42311 Red Convergence Problem

I have a Mitsubishi rear projection TV (WT-42311).  I can not adjust the red convergence horizontally.  I replaced the convergence IC's (STK 392-110) with new Sanyo's, checked the pico fuses F9A02,03,04,05, and F9B01, F9D00(glass fuse), and F5A00 all are good.  No change, still can not adjust red left or right.  What is the next thing I can check?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
