Sony KDF-E60A20 is showing colored lines down screen. I do not get the menu or indicators for channel or video inputs. There is no picture or sound, just the colored lines down the screen. Is this the light engine or video board? Talked to Sony and they were no help.
would recommend to check the optical block or the color wheel as the possible issues for your television but better advise is to check this issue with a service technician, also try this website: www.nesda.com this is a website that has the largest list of service technicians in the country.
