Hi everyone, I have a 52" Panasonic multi media display LCD TV, purchased new 3 yrs ago. Model # PT52LCX65. I have red vertical lines across the screen approx 1/4" apart, they do not show in any of the TV menus, have tried hard reset, disconnected all components, plugged into new outlet, aspect ratio changes, checked the lamp(this is o.k), picture is otherwise perfect so is the sound. Red lines still there when playing a DVD.......any ideas, first time problem with this tv, would much appreciate any input thank guy's,

Unfortunately not yet, my friend still has the tv in his workshop his wife had heart attack so he's not gotten around to looking at it, he did say possible crt problem but not sure. I will update when I get a diagnosis...

I am having the same issue!!! Can't figure out what it is. When I call customer service I get put on hold.
We are afraid that the lamp is going to go out & we'll have to buy another, they are not cheap. We've already replaced it twice. Bought the tv in 2004.

Wow you have replaced your lamp twice already ! mine is still working on the original one, tv was purchased in 04 also. guess I was lucky with that. As in my previous post no update yet as to the problem, I did get the schematics for the tv on line it might well be the red crt still waiting on my friend to open up shop I'm going overseas for a while will update when I return.
