A common problem it seems. Mine is with the blue. Can anyone tell me the Part # for the complete board (with Ics) and if the manual is available as a download ( I didn't see it listed.

Any tips for talking to Samsung. The Tv is now 3 years ols but the problem happened last year 1 year after warranty.
