I am a new member and have been suffering with the blinking green light on my WS 65713.  I have seen some posts referring to other models of Mitsubishi televisions (WS 65613 and WS 65813) and I was wondering if the troubleshooting method is the same.  My television has been sitting dormant with this problem for several weeks and will not reset. 

Is there a PDF version of the service manual available and could someone post the instructions for the fix?  It would be greatly appreciated.
