i have a western digital hard drive 80gb. i bought ide hard disk enclosure. i've set the the jumper on every possible setting. the new computer doesn't recognize the hard disk enclosure. i have vista windows on new computer and xp on the hard disk i'm trying to get files from. any help would be appreciated
