Mitsubishi WT-46809

I have a code 23 which means horizontal deflection failure. I was wondering if anyone knew what possibles things would cause this? What things can I check for. I have the schematics on the tv, was just wondering if anyone knew what could be the cause. I appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks
