I have a dvd player that we would have to help make it spin the disc by pushing the disc then it would finally read and play after several attempts. Now the red light on the eye will not come on and it will not spin at all. Sometimes it will just keep spinning and just say dvd or no disc. Please help we have no cable and only watch movies now. It is a philips surround sound dvd player not sure of what model. Thank You
