I have a WS 65613.  Having trouble powering up the set.  Once it does power up, the format size changes through all of the options, ie zoom, wide, 4:3 etc.  It just constantly spools all of the different options.  Volume control also quits working during this period.  If device menu is chosen, it spools through those choices as well.  It has a mind of its own.

Any idea of what is causing this, and a possible cure?
