I got this thing in a package of PS2 parts, and was wondering if anyone can shed some light on it. It plugs into the controller port, has numbers 1,3,5,7 on it, and has 2 buttons on it that when pushed, show A, B, C, 1 through 8. I'd like to try and find out what this is for. Can anyone help? Thanks

it could be some type of playstation 1 controller that is the only the that i have herd of before
