I am unable to transfer video from a JVC GR-D250U camera to my computer. 

Firewire is properly installed, camera is on and in the playback mode. 

I have a Dell Inspiron 531 desktop running Windows Vista.  Could it be a vista conflict?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
