I purchased a Sony TV some time ago.  One feature that it has is that it will read Memory Sticks.  I presumed that I could upload some picture files to a Memory Stick and then view them on my TV.

No such luck.  I believe that the pictures are only viewable, if they had been taken with a Sony camera, using the memory stick as the storage medium.

Am I correct in my presumption?

Is there any way to upload pictures from my computer to a memory stick so I could view them on the TV?

I'd also like to create a PPS file (Powerpoint presentation) that would automatically show pictures, along with interspersed text to explain what was being shown, etc.  Is this possible?

 Thanks
