I have a 65"inch" wd65736 and ive had it for 2rs.and 2 months and my redlight lite up so i called in my service contract and they sent out a new lamp, waited all day for ups and when he finally came he didnt even get out the truck, i wated in the window and watched him not even make an attemped to make the delivery, so needless to say i called and complained and a supervisor said i could pick it up at the local ups facillty, but after i installed it my tv came on and it wasnt that great a picture and then it just shut off and the red lamplight came back on,so is the lamp bad or what i dont no what to do other than go up to the place that shipped it and raise hell. i paid $500.00 for in house service,so why im i wrestling with a 65 inch tv anyway? i paid for in house service,and thats what im going to get!!!!!
