When I use the video cable to connect the EZ101 to a TV thru a VCR, the display in the upper left doesn't go away. I have called RCA tech support. The first time they said take the batteries out so the camera could reset itself. That didn't work. Just a little while ago I got off the phone with them...they hung up on me twice. One service guy said ithe display is not supposed to go away. That makes no sense. Does anyone have any suggestions.
