I own a RCA F36650 television, this past Tuesday I turned the television on and heard a pop, after that time there was no picture or sound.  I unplugged the television and left it unplugged for a few hours, after replugging I began to hear a screeching sound that won't turn off, still no picture or sound.  How can I fix this problem with using a service technician.
