According to Samsung, the red tube is available, as this is the only way to fix the leak, as Samsung does not sell any replacement parts for the tube assembly unless you get the service manual and try to order the seal and the coolent that way, and then they will say it is No longer Available, same as the video board I'm afraid.  Good Luck
