I need to monitor Karaoke Tracks which are in CD + Graphics format... I have been using a baby TV successfully for some years, but now need to update the TV to an LCD Model.
The problem is that the LCD T.V (Supplied by Maplins) will not recognise CD+G.. it is fine when fed with other Digital formats, but stays firmly locked in Blue Screen when fed with CDG.
Any help would be much appreciated.. The LCD TV Instructions say that it will accept composite video at .75V level at 75Ohms, and the out puts of all the CDG Players I have tried all say they are providing this level..

Contact the monitor folks. Maybe they have an idea of what you can do to correct this problem. I do not see why this would not work as well, as Video is simply video. maybe there is a setting in the monitors set up menu? Good Luck and let us know how this turns out for you.
