Our Sony DSC-W30 Digital camera has been working GREAT and taking excellent pictures. No - I get a ACCESS error message when powering the camera off! This just happened - We purchased the camera back in July 2006 - so it's only 6 months old. I've removed the battery and re-installed it! same with the memory card! still getting the same message "ACCESS"
Any thoughts or ideas as to the problem that we're having? as it would be greatly appreciated.
Camera was sent to Sony for repair - Not sure what happened, but the
repair paperwork states that parts used "Lens Assembly" - Repaired
Lens Operation - A complete repair and returned all functions to
factory specs.
Auto Focus Test, Check, Recalibration and realignment, software
download, test, check and complete recalibration, general test, check,
clean and repair all functions and systems.
