Hi guys, this set RCA F25422 CTC203AC4, has a farely good pic and sound, but has this fault that i never saw before,When i go to menu it usualy has a blue square with a yellow line, but this one instead of the blue has just green barely can see the menu controls, and also the channel # has a small green square like the menu,it all started with almost full red kinda like when you have a crt board fault and clear up, i suspect caps, since i had this chassis as a spare not used it for long time.any ideas where should start to look for this trouble. Thanks in advance.

Find out from the schemstic how the menu gets injected into the video stage and you will find your problem.  Or the micro where the menu is comming from could be bad.
