I bought this player 6 months ago. Unfortunately i lost the drivers CD. Can any one have any idea abt downloading these drivers online.

I recommend you contact their sales support staff (http://www.venturer.eu.com/(04j4xh45po3lxx45gba32l55)/contact-us/tech-help-dvd.aspx) and ask where you can get a driver for it.
