Our TV has intermittent white bleeps while playing. Also if there is a power outage, it takes the tv 12 to 24 hours to get the picture back even though we get the sound. What can we do to fix this? We have 4 cable hook-ups and the other ones don't do it.

Does anyone know what is wrong when you turn it on it goes right off. If you turn it on and off several times the screen will come up for about 3 seconds.
Bad capacitors in the power supply or on the PIP board. Good Luck.
