magavox remote problem

Hello I am having a problem with my remote for my 19" maganavox. I had a universial remote programmed to it and it quit working. I tried to change the batteries and to reprogram it and nothing worked so I got the origanial remot out and it wont work either. I also tried to progam 3 different univerisal remotes to it and nothing works. any suggestions

Your IR reciever in the set has probably failed.

Take it to a service center and let them do it.

unplug it from the wall for a couple minute's, then plug it back in, and try the origanial remote , again... also if you have a camcorder use it to see if your remote is working, by pointing it into the lense, you can see the IR..

I've had maganavox remote's crap out.
