motorola v3

i am currently tryinng to find out how to delete the default media files in my phone as it only comes with a 5mb memory which is quite irritating because i can't put much in it in the way of pictures or music can anyonne help please i have the p2k program in my laptop but i'm not sure whaht to do next.
