I recently bought this device but i cannot seem to be able to get any sound from all of the speakers when i want to watch my cable channels. The surround sound from all the speakers only work when I play a dvd or a cd music disc. What can I do to get the surround sound from all my speakers when watching cable?

Hi jrricky,

We'll have you up and running in no time, but we need to find out a little more about your setup.

If you're not getting any sound from your cable channels, I'll need to know what device acts as your cable tuner (the TV, cable box, VCR, TiVo, etc.), and how you connected the audio from that device to the back of the home theater system. What kind of cable did you use, and where is it plugged in to each device?

Hi ron1966,

I'll pose the same question to you that I did the original poster of this thread.  If you're not getting any sound from your TV channels, I'll need to know what device acts as your TV tuner (the TV, cable box, VCR, TiVo, etc.), and how you connected the audio from that device to the back of the home theater system.
