Is there a way users can be notified of new posts on the site, either via RSS or through an e-mail copy?

Good question and a key, but absent feature, we agree.

The good news is that we are putting the final touches on the next big segment for TechLore which will introduce Blogs into the mix. As part of that release we will be rolling out a set of subscription options which will include RSS and email.

Soon members will be able to track their favorite topics and authors by managing any number of subscriptions. RSS readers and email are ideal tools for keeping plugged into the TechLore Community!

patrick and jacefrey, do to your suggestions, we have implemented RSS. (See http://www.techlore.com/blog/9 for more info.)

You can also be notified via email when a comment is added to a thread that you started if you check the notification box when you create the thread.
