As you can tell from my last blog entry date, I've been off for a little while. A little R&R was definitely needed.  It's nice to be back again.  And what better time than the Consumer Electronics Show - my favorite time of the year.

I just arrived in Vegas for the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and excited once again to see all of the new gadgets that are due out this year. There are always some surprises that pop up that will be cool to hear about.

I'm predicting that there will be quite a lot news around BluRay and HD-DVD format wars this year, which I'll report on next.  There's already been quite a lot of press releases around this topic and I expect many more.

I will have more to report each day of the show. Tonight is CES unveiled where we get a first glimpse of the hottest new gadgets of the year. Stay tuned!
