We know it's been a few months since we've given any updates in the TechLore Team blog. Sorry to keep you all in the dark for so long, but we've got a good excuse! Really, we do!

The entire TechLore Team has been working night and day to bring you more new site features, enhancements to the TechLore Community Forums, and new ways to Get more out of your Gear! Here's an overview of some new things to look out for:

• The TechLore PodCapsule - The official TechLore podcast! Get more out of the gear you already own in this bite-sized audio program! Hosted by TechLore Editor and gadget guru Matt Whitlock.


• Member Signatures - Head to your TechLore profile and add your own custom signature that will appear in every forum or comment you make. Plus, it's retroactive! Every post you've ever made will be updated automatically!


• Direct E-Mail - Now members can directly communicate via e-mail. Opt-in for direct e-mail and another user can send you an e-mail using their real e-mail address, and you get to decide if you want to respond with your own e-mail address, or privately using the TechLore private message system.


• Forum Topic Views - Watch for the new forum topic view dropbox while browsing a forum topic. Using this cool little box, you can easily find Today's Posts, New Posts since your last visit, and Unanswered Posts!


• Quoting - Quickly and easily quote another members post by clicking the quote button in the blue title bar above the post. This automatically add their comment in a stylized form right above yours! How convenient is that!


• Easy PM and Email buttons - If you're opted in to private messaging or e-mail, you'll see buttons next to the post of any member that is also set to receive messages. No more going to profiles just to see if you can send them a message!


• And More! - Not only what you see above, but also numerous behind the scenes enhancements and bug fixes to make your community experience better than any other on the web!
